Tungsten carbide bushes have good wear resistance, small deformation, high toughness, high precision, good concentricity and long service life. They are mainly used in stamping dies, drawing dies, oil drilling parts, wear-resistant parts, etc.
The accuracy, roughness and tolerance of the inner hole of the bushing can be processed by inner hole grinding machine, NC angle and polishing machine, so that the inner hole surface is mirror surface. Since the outer surface is not a working surface, the requirements for accuracy, etc. can be lower than that of the inner hole.
